Observation

Based on information provided during interviews, during stressful and frustrating situations Provider more likely than not engaged in angry or hostile interactions as described by staff in the current complaint and additional complaints as saying unkind things and an angry or hostile tone of voice when speaking. Provider more likely than not restricted the child's movement as described by the referent and observed by staff in the room at the time when using arm placed on the back of the child to keep the child on her cot during naptime.
